Granular Ltd. announce construction of their New Northern Offices.

In addition to the companies registered London office, Granular Ltd. are currently constructing their North of England office block and bespoke photo studios.

C.E.O Robert Taylor-Hughes commented;

Weighing up the current market conditions on the price of building land and construction costs, v.s. long term rentals we took the decision  to seek planning permission for our own premises in 2012.

After a lengthy process with town planning, planning consultants and architects we received approved plans late 2013 and broke ground towards the end of May 2014.

Premises are now well under construction and should be completed by the end of August / early September 2014.

Current conditions mean the break even period in rent vs. building will be less than 5 yrs plus the added advantage of building during an upward trend in commercial property prices and associated rent values.

The new Northern Offices based in Kirklees, West Yorkshire, will sit us in the heart of the textile zones and within easy reach of Leeds, Manchester and the larger towns within Lancashire.

The bespoke premises will allow us to expand the company as planned and have all facilities such as commercial photography services in the photo studios and graphic design / agency facilities for our clients.

The studio will boast infinity walls for fashion shoots, overhead gantries for photographing cars & vehicles  and wide format printers for creating instant banners and outdoor signage once artworks are approved.

The textile industry proximity is very important for the recently launched BIKEKINI brand, which took centre stage at the Isle Of Man TT festival fanzone in the Grandstand, Douglas.

With sales made to racing teams and individual fans alike with outstanding feedback, our expectations for the brand are global. With 16 patent claims in place and ownership of the international trademarks & filed wordmarks our  intentions are to expand this into the global market place over the next 18 months, to cater for our distribution inquiries in Europe, Asia and the USA.
